Remembering February 7 Coup D'état - I Don't Need Your Civil War
Look at your young men fighting
Look at your women crying
Look at your young men dying
Look at your women crying
Look at your young men dying
And history hides the lies of our civil war
I don't need your civil war
It feeds the rich while it buries the poor
It feeds the rich while it buries the poor
Look at the blood we're spilling
Look at the world we're killing
The way we've always done before
Look at the world we're killing
The way we've always done before
And history bears the scars of our civil war
Lyrics: Civil War, Guns N' Roses

Dhevi - A poem by Sheikh Ahmed Haji Edhurukaleyfaan
This poem was written in arabic by Sheikh Ahmed Haji Edhurukaleyfaan (Died 1747 AD) against the superstitious beliefs of the Natives. But the islanders used this poem as a Dua to overcome the Evil forces. The Dhevis. For they didn't understand Arabic. Taken from myths of the Maldives - Hasan Ahmed Manik.
1. Many of the inhabitants of Al-Diba (The Maldives) have gone astray by following prohibited actions.
2. Verily, they have thrown away the word of God: similarly (they have thrown away) sayings of the companions and family ( of the prophet).
3. and thus they have believed in Ravoa and Odithaan and have committed acts (on way) of the misleading path.
4. and the messenger of God had no news of Ravoa; neither did he know Heimoosa.
5. We hear no news of Dhiyo in the Revelation of Almighty.
6. and he who makes Miskiydhaara something; verily he shall rise as an infidel on the day of punishment.
7. Neither a messenger nor a prophet knew of Handi or Vigani (even) as a similitude.
8. Do you ask Kudafoolhu to cure your illnesses? Truly by no means this is to be done.
9. And whosoever draws nigh with sacrifice to Ifurinfaraa at every turn; (he) verily will become an infidel.
10. For those who sacrifice and slaughter to those mentioned (herein) are scorpions the size of mountains (ready to punish them).
11. Woe, then woe for him who asks from Odivaru Ressi for refuge.
12. And he who calls Kissadhevi for remedy shall not cease to be in punishment.
13. And Baburukalo and Haamundi, these twain are not created by God, the perfect Creator.
14. And unto him who calls upon Budhdhevi during malady he shall be entrusted to (for punishment) by lengthy serpents.
15. It is for no jinn to repel injury except with the permission of the Guardian, the Almighty.
16. And Bairan or Aiybanthura are not known; these are creations of your own slyness. O, my men.
17. And among these (aforesaid) are acts of Kafikolhu Niyulhun, Ramalu (Geomancy); alike are Riyaakolhu Kulhiyaa and Faalu (to go by omen).
18. and how do you act on Dhuvaira? These are not among lawful practices.
19. And aboo-Ufadhaana, Thiruna, Vedhaana, Vinnaana, Hanugiskaara are among actions of your own slyness.
20. And among them are Isfaroofa and Naamaroofa, Hadagathanu and Dharumurana and Hooli.
21. Know ye, Verily the phantoms Vedhaana, Vinnaana are among Evil deeds. O, my men.
22. And these are deeds of sons of Satan. Repent and hearken (ye all) to that which is said.
23. Lest ye all shall enter fire of hell to become of no value and remain there separated for ever.
24. And if ye repent, and keep away from erroneous sorcery; that verily is better for you. O, people of sorcery!
25. I admonish you with admonition (similar to that of) your parents in truth and righteousness. (Clear) like the light.
26. And bless your prophet (O, God) at all times without break to the number of grains of sand.
27. Including the companions and children besides; similarly wives and the household of the prophet without exception.

Kaaminee Raajje - First 15 days
Gayoom the II |
"Alhugandu men mi thibee hama reechah ves bali vefa" - President Nasheed's First media statement after 2013 Presidential Election.
After watching President Yaamin's swearing-in ceremony, most active members of MDP quit/deactivated twitter. PPM "thugs" won the twitter battle. No. They didn't. It was a win for MDP. Two years of online struggle against Dr.Waheed's illegitimate government came to an end. Gayoom's halfwit brother elected as the 6th president of the Maldives. Now, we have a democratically elected government.
First 3 days, twitter news feed was full of crying emojis. Eternal tears of sorrow. Sad faces. Suicidal notes. Agony. And then some creativity. The smiling depression. Kaaminee Rajje tweets.
Chuckay sees everything Different.
Moya meehaa is not happy.
Shauty in Despair.
Maldives, an island paradise for tourists. A mini-hell for Locals.
And i tried to kill The last Dinosaur. 30 Aharuge Aniyaaverikan.
Economist!
and then, moya meehaa leaves kaaminee rajje.
Feeding.
Youth City.
Day 10.
Save the Lavaza.
This is Epic.
